I want to request a refund on a renewal charge and the charge is on my bank account for today- however there are no charges showing up when I go to manage purchases. I do not want to pay this and have not used this site since 2011- what do I do?

Hi there,
I would be happy to assist you in cancelling and refunding your purchase. However, the upgrade that was purchased is not associated with the account you contacted us from. To confirm ownership, post in this thread under the username/account that purchased the upgrade. Then, I can look into refunding the subscription purchase. Do you happen to remember having another account?
Let me know if you have any questions.
Thanks!

When you say the UrL associated with-i’m not sure what that means- I am able to log in from 2 diff emails- the charge came through to this one…

Perfect. Thanks for contacting me from your other account. The charge was for the domain nurselivesmatter.com.
I can definitely cancel the domain subscription for you and issue a refund.
So that we are on the same page, once you decide to cancel your domain, there is no guarantee that you will be able to reacquire it in the future. Someone else could gain access to it.
If you want to keep using your domain but you don’t want to use WordPress.com anymore, you don’t have to cancel it. Instead, you can move the domain to another site
https://en.support.wordpress.com/transfer-domain-registration/
For more information on using the domain elsewhere, please see:
https://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/move-domain/
Just wanted to give you a heads up!
Let me know if you want to proceed with the cancellation.
Thanks!

Hey there,
Not a problem! I have canceled your subscription for nurselivesmatter.com and refunded the charges back to you. It can take between 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect on your bank statement.
Please let me know if you have any other questions.
Take care,
