renewal charge – Body Fit Solo

    Hello,
    This was never used but I have been charged a NZ dollar renewal fee.
    Perhaps the pandemic and various lockdowns caused account confusion.
    This account is canceled and I truly cannot afford your renewal fee.
    I would appreciate a refund of your charge.

    Hi there!

    It seems that you were able to both cancel your upgrade and close your account. I can confirm that no future charges will be made for this account.

    As for the refund, those usually take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement, but some banks outside of the United States may require more time to process the refund.

    In some cases, you will not see a separate refund listed on your statement, but the original charge will be removed instead.
