Renewal charge confusing

    I’m being billed $99 renewal instead of my original $29. What is the difference?

    Hi there!

    The $99 charge is for renewal of your WordPress.com Premium plan. You originally purchased this plan in March of 2013. I do not see any charged on your account for $29.

    WordPress.com Premium includes the following upgrades:

    – Domain Name & Mapping
    – 10 GB Space Upgrade
    – No Ads
    – Custom Design
    – VideoPress

    You can read more about each feature here:

    You can see your entire billing history by going to Store > Billing History in your WordPress.com dashboard.

    And you can see your current upgrades by going to Store > My Upgrades. This page will tell you when your upgrades will expire.
