Renewal confirmation

You have emailed me that my account will expire on 12 November when it is supposedly going to auto renew. Is there a problem with my account, as I do want to renew? Can you confirm everything is ok with my renewal?

Hi there,
Currently, the Premium bundle and associated domain are in the process of renewing. Once the renewal process is complete, the upgrades will be good through 11/12/15. You should notice the expiration update on this page after the renewal is complete (within the next 1-2 days):
