  I think there is a problem with my domain estheticmotors.com : I bought it in June 2015, not in May, but I received an email saying that I will have to pay on May 24th, while it should be June 24th.
  What can I do?

  Hi there,

  Auto renewals happen one month prior to expiration, but subscription is updated to one year out from the previous expiration date. So, you will get notification 2 days before renewal that you will be charged on May 24th. When you get charged, it will extend your subscription one year from the expiration date – so, June 24th, 2017.

  We charge a month ahead to avoid any potential issues that may arise when charging your card (expired card, processing error, etc.) If we charged your card on the upgrade expiration date and an error occurred, it might take days to rectify the issue. We definitely do not want to risk you losing your domain subscription. We want to provide ample enough time to set things straight with payment, and 30 days usually works great to do so. =)
