Renewal date expired

  Hello there,

  I had a paid plan with wordpress and missed the renewal date because I use a different email for my business website. Also, the renewal was on automatic but I changed my Credit Card recently and didn’t even think about changing it here.

  But when I click on support on my account and on “contact us” the form doesn’t load. In fact, nothing is loading on my dashboard. I can’t update my card details, I don’t see my website addresses and I can’t add a new credit card.

  I would like someone from the support to contact me at (email visible only to moderators and staff) or (email visible only to moderators and staff), please. I would like to restore my website and this problem on the dashboard is blocking me from doing so.
