Renewal Difficulty "Sorry, that product is no longer available"

  When I try to renew my yearly subscription (expires 21/12/2011) I get the error message “Sorry, that product is no longer available” – I only recieved the renewal invite yesterday.

  Hi there,

  Are you still currently getting this error? I see your upgrades (domain, mapping, private registration) were all upgraded successfully a few hours ago, and are now valid until 2012-12-21.

  Did you have any other upgrades? Do let us know.
