renewal domain name issues…help!

    Apparently my renewal notice was ignored in our email. Now my domain name has expired and I can’t
    figure out how to get it back. It has been 60 days and was hosted by wordpress.org but I can’t seem to get it reapplied again.
    Anyone ? Appreciate it! jj

    Upgrades for domain mapping are annually renewable and we do get plenty of warning. A warning is posted on our dashboards about 2 month prior to the renewal date. Another one appears 30 days prior to the renewal date. Google prefers domains that are not going to expire quickly, so I just renew when I get the 60 day notice.

    Once a Domain registration expires it goes into Redemption and will cost more than normal to renew. You should contact support Staff at this link http://en.support.wordpress.com/contact/
