I have not gotten a response from Fabiana. I was able to log in today and it looks like I have paid the upgrade renewal three times. How do I get a refund?

I viewed the email that Fabiana sent and she already refunded you for two of them. Did you want to keep one or did you want a refund for that one as well?

A refund for two of them is good. I tried two different cards, can you tell me which transactions she refunded? I still have not seen an email from her.
