Renewal Errors

  I received an email reminding me to renew my domain name purchase. Everything in the process went off without a hitch. When I submitted my order, I received the following error messages: not_subscribed: This blog is not subscribed to some of these products. Did you mean to purchase them? -and- Sorry, that product is no longer available.
  Since I followed the links in the email that was sent to me for the sole purpose of instigating a renewal, what exactly am I doing wrong here?

  Will you please send all your details to Staff? If your domain renewal date is looming then email support@wordpress.com
