Renewal fees

  This morning WordPress withdrew $99 for annual fee; however, I could have sworn I stopped the payment or at least I tried and couldn’t do it from my end. I want my account credited immediately because I do not want this service.

  Good morning –

  I’ve taken a look and am not seeing a charge from us on the account or via the details shared. Please contact your bank for confirmation as to whether or not the charge was successful.

  I’m going to help you get it sorted but I need to find the charge in order to process a refund. Since the charge isn’t appearing, it makes me wonder if they cancelled it already..
