  It appears our WordPress site is down or expired. How can we recover and renew the billing?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  That site isn’t down yet (but it is set to private) but may need renewing. Perhaps you need to log out of this account and log back in to the correct account to reach it.
