  I can’t renew my domain or custom upgrade. I tried to put into a new credit card and it isn’t working. Please help!

  Hi there,

  Do note that you must be logged in under the exact same username account that registered the blog and purchased the upgrade for it. Then you ought to be able to remove your credit card information on this page > Store > My Upgrades.
