Renewal Information

    Hello! I just realized my website needed to be renewed in April. I found an email that said the renewal price was $96, but now I am being quoted by $180 by the website. Did I miss the opportunity for the renewal price or is $180 just the price after tax and everything? I am going to go ahead and purchase the $180 now because I need my site running, but please let me know if I can still get the renewal price of the $96

    It sounds like you were on the Premium plan. If it is within 30 days, a staff member may be able to recover and make a renewal for you, and possibly on your legacy plan… don’t take my word on that. You’ll need to wait for a staff member to address this.
