    I HAVE FILLED IN FORM TWICE TONIGHT, GIVING YOU RENEWED CREDIT CARD INFO. WHY AM I NOT RENEWED?

    your caps lock key is stuck – all caps is the internet equivalent of all SHOUTING

    the domain name CSUITECOMM.COM – is not registered with WordPress.COM – so any domain name registration renewal would need to be taken up with your registrar

    Domain Mapping is also needed – I have flagged this for the staff to help

    PS – there is NO PHONE SUPPORT

    csuitecomm.com is not registered through WordPress.com, it is just mapped here. Domain Mapping is the upgrade you would purchase if you wanted to use a domain registered elsewhere (GoDaddy or 1and1 for example) with your WordPress.com site.

    I am unsure why your renewal is not going through. Are you seeing any specific error message? What is the URL where you are entering in your payment info?
