Renewal issue

Hi there,
I’ve received a message saying there was an issue with the payment for vilniusplayground.com, when I want to update it and click the button in the email it takes me to @vilniusplay account and it shows no purchases. Can you please do the payment once again? Also, perhaps there’s another account assigned to it, but I don’t remember which, is there a way for me to identify it? Thanks!WP.com: Unknown

The issue is that the WordPress.com user account you are posting from is not the owner or admin of the upgrade you are trying to renew. This typically happens when you’ve ended up with a second WordPress.com user account and that second account is the one that owns the site. You’ll need to log into THAT user account in order to make any changes.
