I cannot renew my existing plan as when I try to pay it will not accept my payment and on ‘Manage my plan’ it does not give me the option to pay for Premium, it only gives me the option to pay for a business upgrade?

What is the exact URL of the domain you want to renew?
Are you logged in as Admin under the exact same username account that registered the underlying .wordpress.com blog URL that you are mapping from to that domain URL?
Every WordPress.COM blog has a sole owner. It is the person with the WordPress.COM username account who registered the blog under that username account and a single associated email address, and who is the original Admin of the blogs registered under that username account.
You have to be logged in as Admin http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/#administrator under the exact same username account that registered the blog to access the blog’s dashboard and renew any upgrades you purchased for the site.

I see a successful renewal on your account for your Premium Plan on 9 January, so it looks like you payment did go through.
You should be able to view and print your receipt from the billing history page if you didn’t receive one:
