    I’m getting this and can’t renew: You are the owner of dropthespotlight.com but because you are no longer a user on dropthespotlight.wordpress.com, renewing it will require staff assistance. Please contact support, and consider transferring this purchase to another active user on dropthespotlight.wordpress.com to avoid this issue in the future.

    Hi there,

    That domain is connected to a suspended site, so you will need to transfer it away from us to renew it. I see you requested to transfer it two months ago and were given access to do it, but you never went through with the transfer. You’ll need to contact our Terms of Service team again so they can lift the suspension before you can transfer out your domain:
