Renewal late fees

    I thought the renewal was automatic. Now you charge me $ 80 late fee. These charges are exaggerated and I will never pay for late fees. If I renew $ 26 annual fee and no late fees I will renew, otherwise you lose $ 26 / year for the next years. Thank you, please come me back quickly

    Hi Jessey,

    I’m sorry, but your credit card expired so we were unable to automatically renew. We sent emails to let you know about this.

    The redemption fee is charged by the domain registry and is not one which we can waive.

    If you don’t want to pay the $80 fee you can let the domain expiration process continue and attempt to register the domain again at the regular price once it has expired completely. But please note that your domain can be put up for auction or sold on back-order while it is in redemption, which means someone else may purchase the domain first and you will be unable to register it again.
