  hello,
  i have renewed my domain and hosting pan by siteground. for now i cant log in or enter the site. i will be very glad if you can help me connect my site again with out loosing nformaton.

  It looks like your site is not hosted with WordPress.com, but elsewhere.

  You should reach out to SiteGround directly for help with this. Since they’re hosting your site’s files, they also have access to those files and are the best ones to help you with this problem. You can reach out to their support team here:
