Received a renewal notice about a website I purchased but every time I use the email and password to login to WordPress…it takes me to another website. Now the domain name has expired and I still can’t find the website/account info. Help!

To clarify, there are no upgrades or charges connected to the account that you are posting from here in the forums.

More precise…the website address that needs renewal is catecowie.com. I thought it came out of this account:marketingnewbee.com but when I accessed this account I could not find it so I tried this account.

I have emailed the account that you need to sign in with to renew catecowie.com. Signing in with the email address I have sent my note to will get you in to the correct account for the renewal.

did you send it to (email visible only to moderators and staff)? I have checked my email accounts and I don’t see anything. The email listed above is where I first received the renewal notice.

We cannot confirm the email address connected with the account, as that is part of the verification information we need from you in order to give you access.
The domain is now in redemption with our registrar, meaning we have to pay them a $80 fee to restore the domain. It entered redemption on 1 March, a week after we sent an email to the address connected to that domain.
The username who owns that domain is cateiam. Please log in as that username and then reply here to confirm if you agree to the redemption fee, and we can get the recovery process started.
