  Hi, I received​ a renewal notice for my domain- kristinbonin.com. However, when I log in, I can’t find anywhere to do that. All I see is a very old blog link that I don’t use anymore. I need my website up and running again so if you could please help ASAP. Thank you.

  Hey kbonin,

  It seems your domain is in the redemption period which means you may need to pay $80 redemption fee along with the regular renewal fee. Sometimes the domain can be recovered without any extra cost.

  Recover an Expired or Cancelled Domain

  Only the staff can check it for you.

  Hi there,

  As @ravichahar said above, your domain is currently in redemption, and we’ll need you to agree to the $80 redemption fee before we can recover it.

  But we also can only do that if requested by the domain owner, and the account you’re using to post here is not the account that owns that domain. Please log in as the kristinbonin username that you used to buy that domain and comment here to confirm, and I can get the recovery process started for you.
