Renewal notice

    Hi by fluke I discovered that my account deadline was today. I wish to renew my account. please do not delete anything.

    I recently renewed my domain name by auto renewal – I thought I had this set up here as well but I am not able to access my website. I am not able to hit auto renew because it looks like my whole web-site has been taken down.

    Hi pridehantswide,

    The account you are contacting us from hasn’t purchased any upgrades on WordPress.com, which suggests you may have a second account. Can you send a link to the site you wish to renew? Please don’t share any transaction IDs here, a site link is the only information I need for now.

    You could also try logging in using the email address your purchase receipt was sent to and seeing if there is an option to renew on the Manage Purchases page in that account.
