Renewal Notice

  I recently received a notice for renewal for my domain thewittygrittylife.com. I purchased this domain through WordPress several years ago and it has been renewed at least twice. However, when I look under both the domains and purchases tabs, there is absolutely no record of my domain. This is a very important site to me and I want to make sure that it is:
  1. Added to my domains and purchases (I also have past communication that proves it)
  2. Properly renewed (I have a valid credit card on file)
  3. That I am able to move the domain as soon as it is safe to do so after it has been renewed
  Your timely attention to this matter is greatly appreciated.

  Correct. It is a wordpress.org site. But I purchased my domain through wordpress.com and that is what I need to access and cannot. I have been sent running in circles trying to figure out how I can move my domain that was purchased through wordpress.com to a different host. What a nightmare that has been.
