  Hi There,

  I received this e-mail, and am having difficulty figuring out if I have auto-renew enabled. I don’t want my website to disappear. Is there a cost to renewing? Thank you for your assistance, Marisa

  Hi there:

  The domain thefoxguides.com was purchased under a different WordPress.com user account than the one you’re currently logged into. You would need to log out of thefoxmv and log back in using the correct account.

  If you’re not sure, the email you received would have been sent to the email address on file for the account and you can use that email to reset the login password using this form:

  https://wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=lostpassword

  We can’t provide more account details, but the domain is set to auto-renew to the payment method on file with the account.
