I got a renewal notice but want to cancel. I don’t think I’m actually using your services. I can’t find the website (menloparkmedicine) when I log in.

Hi @afraser88 from what I can see you are currently hosting your site Menloparkmedicine.com with GoDaddy and not here at WordPress.com. You can confirm here your site does not use “WordPress.com” name servers: https://gwhois.org/Menloparkmedicine.com+dns
Is it possible you started out with a site here on WordPress.com but switched away from us and to GoDaddy? I see we have upgrades associated with that site when I look in our system, but it is under a different login than the one you are using here.
Is it possible that you have another login with us that you may have made purchases under? From what I see we no longer host your site here at WordPress.com, so you can safely allow your upgrades with us to expire.

Thanks, yes, this is helpful and consistent with what I remember. The problem is that it is set to auto-renew per the WordPress email that started my questions. It will not auto-expire 😢
I’ll reach out to acct recovery to see if they can help to get this canceled.
