Renewal Notice confusion

    I received a renewal notice and need to upgrade my credit card info. I was directed to an ‘UPGRADE’ page. I then went to Bluehost and upgraded my domain ‘earthplanllc.com’. Was this request from WordPress based on my expiring domain with Bluehost? Or, do I owe WordPress a hosting fee for the coming year? If so, I can’t find the page for doing that. HELP!!!
