Renewal notice for a product not shown in my account

I received an email notification that my Akismet plugin purchase will automatically renew soon. I logged into my account, clicked ‘Purchases’, ‘Active upgrades’, ‘Billing history’, and ‘Payment methods’. They are all empty. But the notification shows the last 4 numbers of my credit card, and the amount that will be charged. I want to cancel this automatic renewal, as I’m not using the plugin anymore. Where do I find this??
The automatic response here just tells me to take the steps I’ve already taken, and if that doesn’t work, ‘reach out to our support team’. But every button for help just returns me to this form.

While Akismet is a plugin that comes bundled on sites hosted at WordPress.com, it looks like your site isn’t hosted at WordPress.com. It may be that you purchased the Akismet plugin through your current hosting company. Can you verify whether or not the email you received came from WordPress.com? That information could definitely help point you in the right direction.

Hi.
My bad! I was logging in with the email address and password I had saved, but I noticed the email address in the renewal notification was different. I used the “Forgot Password?” link to restore access to that account, and the Akismet subscription was listed there. I have been able to complete the action I wanted to take. Thanks anyway.
