Renewal Notices Still Not Being Sent

With Domain Mapping set to manual renew yet again the only notice I have received was at 14 days. Not the “several” notices or the 90, 60, 30 day notices that others keep insisting is happening.
As indicated – this is a multi-year issue – I don’t receive the earlier notices – and please save the “check my spam filter” my system does not hide anything on a server and I do look at ALL the spam stuff – so WordPress.COM is just not sending out the notices –
When if ever can I expect this to work correctly? Sorry for the short but this keeps happening year after year – what about people that are on vacation and the late notice shows up when they are out of town and not around email??

Also other Admins can’t even see the fact that the domain mapping is expiring so they would not even know that there was a problem until the site crashed.

Also the Admins that are not owners are different
When I am logged in here – and on saildude.com I can see the upgrades for captnmike.com – but when I am logged in as Auxclass I need to visit saildude.com to see the upgrades for saildude.com – I can’t see the upgrades for saildude.com from the store on captnmike.com when logged in as auxclass – but the reverse works differently
strange that both secondary Admins don’t have the same visibility to the second sites.
hope the above makes sense – I get a bit confused –
this is a low traffic site that I set up to figure out how to transfer domain mapping and get the email and things working correctly – took a few tries – so if the mapping went bust the site would not be a bit issue but the email loss would not be good
thanks for checking – like I indicated above this has been an ongoing issue for some years (last year I let the domain mapping expire to test the gift renewal)

I’m not sure I follow you on the second issue, but I’ll read that again in a bit here to see if I can digest.
Regarding the original issue though: do you ever get renewal emails for any of your other accounts that own upgrades?

I think I have, but it was a while ago on this account, I have no ads coming up in a few months for this site and I have not yet received a notice of it needing to renew – it is set to auto renew however so it is not quite apples to apples – do I don’t know if I am yet inside the I should have gotten a renewal notice yet.
Sorry about the confusion – I had a bit better post but the forum crashed on me and threw all my text into the bit bucket and I had to start over.
I will see if I can figure out a better description – but the bottom line is that my two Admin accounts don’t see the same view of the upgrades on accounts they are Admins of – makes a difference if an account is an owner or not

Okay, I’ll keep that in mind in case it’s related, then address it once we solve the missing renewal emails issue, since that one potentially causes more serious problems.
Also, I’m going to go ahead and take this thread to ticket/email to get more details.
