Renewal of a doamin name in hiberantion state

  Hello,

  My domain name (Which was registered with Vistaprint( has expired and gone into hibernation state.
  I would like to renew it – I am unable to thru them – they do not provide this service.
  I note that a few people have done this thru this forum, and I hope I can do the same.
