renewal of a mapped domain name

    I started a blog 1 year ago. I had already bought the domain name through godaddy.com
    I then started a website through wordpress and had the domain name mapped to this wordpress blog to have the site address be a .com without the only (no .wordpress)

    The renewal date for the domain name at godaddy is up Feb 21st.
    i would like to avoid having to reregister through them and move everything to wordpress. is this possible to buy a domain name through you guys and eliminate the need to map over from godaddy?
    Any help would be AWESOME!

    Unfortunately, we don’t accept incoming domain transfers at this time. We also don’t recommend letting your domain name expire, since it may take some time before it becomes available to register again.

    Your best bet is to stick with GoDaddy as your registrar and continue with the domain mapping upgrade. Let us know if you have more questions :)
