Renewal of account

  I have been notified several times about the need for renewal of my account. I have tried! I have provided credit card information. But each time there is a message (partially hidden by the menu bar at the top that appears) that makes it impossible to read. I do want to renew my account but on the other hand I do not want multiple billings to my account!!! Please advise!!! How can I be sure I’m talking to an account person at WordPress.com!!! Very frustrated!!!
