renewal of annual plan

  Hello,
  I was asked to update my payment information in order to have my annual plan renewed automatically next march, the 6th. So I did, and now my plan runs up to feb 4, 2017, so I obviously lost a month of subscription. Can you fix this for me ?

  Hello Philippe,
  According to WordPress.com staff the auto-renew happens at month 11 to allow time to resolve any payment problems that may arise.
