Renewal of Domain

  Hi, I did not realize my domain expired a year ago. I would like to renew it going forward. I am not sure how I do that here. I see that I had a receipt 2/21/15 for domain renewal and hosting. Please advise as I would like to start my blog more actively going forward

  1. What is the domain URL?
  2. What is the underlying .wordpress.com URL?
  3. Exactly which username account registered the underlying .wordpress.com blog and purchased the upgrade for it?
  4. When was the upgrade purchased?
  5. When did the expiration take place? Please read Domain Expiration https://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/domain-expiration/

  Thank you for a quick response. I think this is correct:
  Domain URL judynotes.com
  wordpress.com URL: judytj.wordpress.com
  Account: JudyTJ, no upgrade purchased
  Domain expired 2/15

  I just purchased the domain again for 2 years from GoDaddy so I will probably just point that to my wordpress blog, Does that sound right?

  If you have purchased the domain from GoDaddy, you can map it to your WordPress.com site with Domain Mapping:

  https://en.support.wordpress.com/map-existing-domain/

  You will need a paid WordPress.com plan on your site. Each plan includes a free domain credit which you can use to map the domain (or register a new one).
