renewal of domain

Good Morning!
We purchased a domain through wordpress and it has expired. We would like to repurchase that domain, and it is available through third party registrars (godaddy) but when we try to purchase it through wordpress, it indicates it is not available. Could you please advise?

Are you speaking of villageofbotha.com? That’s the only domain I see in your account history.
If I go to https://wordpress.com/domains/add it shows the domain as available to me. Is that where you are trying to add it?
Can you please clear your browser cache and cookies and try to add it again? Let me know if it still says it’s unavailable.
Please also note that you will need to buy a paid plan to add a domain to your site again, as we no longer sell stand-alone domains. You can view the available plans at My Site ->Plans.
