Renewal of domain

    Hi,

    I would like to renew the domain: https://esnutrecht-blog.com/, however it states that I am not the owner, even though I recieve all the emails in order to renew it. Could you explain how I can renew the lease?

    Hi there,

    It could be that the domain and upgrade for esnutrecht-blog.com are owned by your other account, not herjodejong.

    Normally subscription renewal is done automatically unless your payment details (e.g. credit card) is no longer valid.

    One of the ways to access the account is to logout as herjodejong and login using the email address that you received the renewal notice.

    I’ve also added a modlook tag for staff’s assistance to check on your account.

    Hi there,

    staff-zara is right. The domain upgrade is owned by presnutrecht. If you have that account’s credentials you can log in and renew it.
