  Im working in a company name ( Admission Advisors ), their domain has been expired and we have to renew it on urgent basis. Tell me the procedure.

  The domain will need to be renewed directly from the account that owns it. If the company in question does not remember the credentials, they will need to look for the transaction ID for a recent purchase and fill out the Account Recovery form on this page to regain access to the account:

  We forgot the credentials details, Please help us from where we can get the transaction ID ? we purchased this domain back in 2009.
