renewal of domain mapping

  I am trying to pay the $13 required before January 16 to maintain my domain mapping. However, when I go to manage purchases I am only given the option of increasing to premium at a rate of $89 or $99. On the billing history page, no option of a new charge for renewal is evidenced. What then am I to do?
