  How can I renew my website? I missed the deadline. Thank you.

  Hi, we may be able to help, but right now I don’t see any upgrades on this account. My guess is that you’ve got another account. Can you log out and log in with the account associated with that site? It should be the email address that gets renewal reminders and what not.

  And if you can’t find that, could you send a link to the site?
