    Hi, I’d like to renew/get back our domain, which expired recently. We have provided an updated payment method. Thank you!

    Hi there! It looks like we should be able to help you get the domain renewed before the redemption fee kicks in – this is the information about domain expiration:

    I’ve taken the liberty of preparing the payment form and sending it to your email directly – please do check your inbox and spam folder for it!

    Once you’ve been able to submit the renewal payment, let us know as soon as you can so we can get the domain renewed and restored as this can take a few days to process.

    Please note: if the domain does go into redemption before we’re able to receive the renewal fee and process the renewal, then the redemption fee of $80 will also apply; it isn’t something we’re typically able to waive unfortunately.
