Renewal of my plan before expiration expiration of grace period

  Please I have been trying to renew my plan but finding it difficult to do. I will appreciate your assistance in this regard. Note that I sent a message earlier that I needed a link to do so before 20th August 2019 but till now, I have not been able to renew my plan for my blog (email visible only to moderators and staff) as the Link sent to me to do that kept telling me I had no plan by that address. Kindly assist promptly so that I can pay the required fee because I don’t want to lose the address (email visible only to moderators and staff). Thanks
