Renewal of my site

I want to renew. I am the owner of the site but can only see the upgrade icon. There is no renew icon. I have updated by credit card. Can you process the renew for me?

There is not any history of upgrades on the account you’ve contacted us from. Perhaps the upgrade you’re looking for is under a different user account. Please share the site URL here and I can investigate a bit further for you.
