Renewal of my site.

  My site was renewed without my authorisation and thus the renewal fee was deducted from my account today. I would please like to know how I can get a refund as well as then how to close my account.

  Hi –

  I don’t see a history of any upgrades being associated with the WordPress.com user account that you’ve used to post here. Is this upgrade under a different account?

  The domain listed is not using WordPress.com either.
