  We have been trying to renew our domain name http://www.folsamgreenltd.com but the payment platform was not opening. kindly assist with the renewal as this is paramount to our business and customers. thank you.

  That domain is in the redemption period, but I don’t know for how much longer. I have added the modlook tag to ask a member of staff to advise you.

  Hi @folsamgreenltd, as @themagicrobot says, the domain is in redemption and time is of the essence. If it goes out of the redemption period, we will not be able to get it back for you.

  With a domain in redemption, our registrar imposes an additional $80 fee on top of the registration fee and there that is not something in our control.

  You have two options:

  Domain without private registration total would be: $98
  Domain with private registration total would be: $106

  Please confirm which you wish to go with and that you are willing to pay that amount and we can send a payment request to you.
