Renewal of payment

Over a year ago my colleague payed the original fee for the WordPress site for my conference in 2016. The amount (£11) has now been renewed on his credit card but when I log in to my account and go to Billing History there are no receipts to be found. And under ‘Manage credit cards’ it says ‘You have no saved cards’. Qn 1: What do I need to do to access this information? Qn 2: how can I change the credit card from which future renewal payments should be made?
