Renewal of Personal Plan

I got notice that this will renew, and I want to cancel it, but this account, when I log in also shows no past purchases or upcoming charges. How do I cancel it?

Sounds like the personal plan is in one account and you’ve looked in the Manage Purchases page at Account Profile of another account. I’ll tag the topic for staff attention. Staff will respond here.

Hi there!
On this account you don’t have any paid subscriptions so you must have another WordPress.com account. Have a look at the email address to which the renewal notification was sent and use that address to log into the correct account.
If you don’t remember the password, you can reset it from here:
