Renewal of Screenphiles' Domain Name

    I have been asked to post here via a Tweet from WordPress support. I am doing so because I have been able to log into my account, but I still am not given the option to renew my domain.

    As was mentioned in my Tweet, it has been expired for longer than I would like. By the same token, I have been trying to renew it for quite awhile as well.

    I have learned that I can access my account, but I am still not being given the option to renew my domain name.

    As far as I can see, it’s the only hurdle to using my account, so can WordPress make it so that I can renew my domain name?

    It’s worth repeating that I have been trying to make this happen for the last few weeks.

    Hi there,

    In this thread: https://en.forums.wordpress.com/topic/wordpress-wont-let-me-renew-my-domain-name we’ve already told you that the domain mapping on your site was bought using a different account. The domain mapping belongs to the username briankmcneal, so that’s the only username that can renew it.

    However, as that mapping expired 20 days ago, I’ve gone ahead and removed the expired upgrade from your site, so you should be able to add a new mapping upgrade now using this account.
