Unfortunately our subscription ran out a month ago. We have tried renewing it, and have a receipt for a paid renewal, however it has not worked.

Hi, an urgent message – my subscription for WalkingToursofChester.co.uk ran out in June, apparently, with no warning. I have tried to pay by credit card and paypal but neither are accepted. I need this site to be working urgently. Who can I talk to to get it up and running as soon as possible?

This is urgent: I have managed to renew my website, but only as walkingtoursofchester.com, not walkingtoursofchester.co.uk. It just wouldn’t let me do that. Is there any chance it could be changedback to . co.uk? I need to know urgently because I am about to publish a book with the old address on, which now doesn’t work!

walkingtoursofchester.co.uk was mapped to WordPress.com, not registered here. The Mapping upgrade expired June 26, which is likely why you cannot renew it at this late date.
You’ll need to set up a new Domain Mapping upgrade for walkingtoursofchester.co.uk.

Please, please tell me in simple language how I can do that – I’ve not managed it so far and I have to either admit defeat and accept walkingtoursofchester.com, with all the trouble that will cause changing everything, or succeed in doing what you said. But I have to do it very quickly befoer my deadline runs out. MANY thanks if you can help
