Renewal of subscription and dispute to reinstate website

  I am trying to make payment for renewal of our website that has been shut down without warning. A dispute has been lodged which was not aware of. I simply want to make payment via our PayPal and it seems to be a bit of an issue

  I am trying to make payment for renewal of our website that has been shut down without warning.

  Your account shows the renewal payment for sftdcdotorg.wordpress.com was disputed and your bank issued a chargeback against us. Chargebacks are used as a tool for fraud prevention:

  Chargebacks and Disputes

  When a chargeback is issued, all upgrades on your account are removed and your site is locked until you pay a chargeback fee or cancel the chargeback — your account returns to normal afterwards.

  If the dispute was made in error please call your bank to cancel it. Once the chargeback has been cancelled, we can look at restoring the plan back to your site.
