Renewal of subscrption

  IT appears our subscription has expired, how do we renew? in the past we have been charged $13 annually, the only place I see to renew is through an upgrade which is about $36 per year. Is this correct?

  The policy and prices have changed. Only renewal of an existing domain mapping upgrade is now available at the lower price.

  1. What is the domain URL?
  2. What is the underlying .wordpress.com URL?
  3. Exactly which username account registered the underlying .wordpress.com blog and purchased the upgrade for it?
  4. When was the upgrade purchased?
  5. When did the upgrade expîre?

  Hi there,

  That domain mapping expired on 8 September, but as you have an older account and have previously owned that upgrade you should still be able to add it back.

  If you go to My Site ->Domains ->Add and click the Map It option, does the system force you to add a plan as well?
